BASIC FOOD SAFETY
It's a legal requirement in Dubai that all the food handlers must be trained before they starting any food handling duties. Basic food safety trainings can aware the food handlers to know what to do, what do not. Basic food safety - 3 Hours training - mainly for non food handlers working in mini mart, grocery, vegetable shops l, trading activity etc.
Candidate must attend an online exam to get the certificate.
Basic food safety - Food service - 6 Hours
For all food related business like restaurants, cafe, hotels, manufacturers etc.
Candidate must attend an online exam to get the certificate.
Basic food safety - Food delivery For all food delivery related staffs like drivers, riders etc

PERSON INCHARGE
It's a legal requirement in Dubai, all food related businesses in Dubai must appoint a PERSON IN CHARGE to ensure food safety . PIC's are the mediator between their food establishments and Dubai municipality.
Person in charge certification - 9 Hours (2 Days) - Mainly for activities like grocery, mini mart, food trading activity.
Candidate must attend an online exam to get the certificate.
Advanced Person in charge certification - 12 Hours (2 Days)
Mainly for activities like restaurant, cafes, supermarket, hypermarket, manufacturing plant, hotels etc.
Candidate must attend an online exam to get the certificate.
We are accredited with HABC awarding body.

INTERMEDIATE (Level 3) HACCP
A computer based Power Point presentation with set of videos. The maximum number of persons in a session is 15. Training duration is 18 hours (3 Days) including breaks. This course is meant for Hygiene Officers, HACCP team leaders etc.

ADVANCE (Level 4) FOOD SAFETY
A computer based Power Point presentation with set of videos. The maximum number of persons in a session is 15. Training duration is 30 hours (5 Days) including breaks. This course is meant for Hygiene Officers, Quality controllers , those who want to become internal trainers etc.

HACCP Awareness
The maximum number of persons in a session is 25. Training duration is 4 hours ( 1 Day) . Mainly for the HACCP team members
